摘要:随着数控机床的不断发展,绝对式测量已经成为当前测量的主要趋势。国外的位移传感器已逐步实现了从增量式测量到跨入绝对式测量的进程,国内也需要加快进步,早日缩短与国外的差距。本文对各种数显位移传感产品如光栅传感器、容栅传感器、磁栅传感器、球栅传感器等的工作原理进行了简要的介绍,并对产品的发展趋势进行了概述。

Development trend of digital-display displacement sensing products

Abstracts: With the continuous developments of numerical control machine tools, absolute measurement has become the main trend of the current displace measurements.The principles of displacement sensors have been changed gradually from the incremental to the absolute. The domestic products need to speed up the progresses to shorten the gaps with the foreign as soon as possible. In this paper, the working principles of several kinds of displacement sensors, such as grating sensor, capacitive sensor, magnetic grid sensor, ball grid sensor, etc., are introduced briefly, and the development trends of the products are summarized.
