摘要:针对多维力传感器普遍存在维间耦合效应导致测量精度偏低等问题,设计了一种具有自解耦特性的四柱式六维力传感器,通过结构设计、仿真分析、应变片粘贴和电路组桥等方面的研究,较好的解决了各个分量之间的交叉影响问题,最终通过单分量标定试验得出传感器单个方向精度高于0.1% F.S.,通过交叉影响量标定试验得出传感器交叉影响量小于3% F.S.,达到了设计要求。

Abstract: The multi-dimensional force sensor has the coupling effect between two dimensions resulting in low measuring accuracy. In view of this situation a six-axis force sensor based on four-column structure is designed in this paper, Through the structure design, simulation analysis, strain gauge pasting, circuit group bridge and experiment verification, the problem of cross-effect among the components is solved well. Finally, single component calibration test show that the accuracy at single direction of sensor is higher than 0.1% F.S. And the cross influence quantity calibration test of the sensor show that it is less than 3% F.S..So it is proved that the sensor meets the design requirements.
