摘要:研制了一种夹紧力传感器,用于测量机械夹具产生的夹紧力。夹紧力传感器是应变式传感器,其弹性体有两个呈非对称钳形结构的悬臂梁,实现夹紧力的测量;V型的测量接口保证测量定位的准确。设计采用了有限元计算方法,并将计算结果与测量结果进行对比,验证了设计的正确性。测试表明,夹紧力传感器测量精度为0.2%,测量时产生最大变形为0.038mm,优于设计指标。传感器装配后与配套仪表连接,现实应用中展现出良好的性能。

Development of a clamping force sensor

Abstract:A novel clamping force sensor is developed for measuring the clamping force caused by mechanical fixture. The clamping force sensor is a kind of strain sensor, the elastomer of which has two cantilever beams with asymmetric pincerlike structure to realize clamping force measurement. The measuring interface has V-shaped structure to guarantee the accurate positioning. The Finite Element Method is adopted in the design and the comparison of the calculation results and the measurement results verifies the rationality of the structure. The measuring results show that the measuring accuracy of the sensor is about 2% and the maximum deformation is 0.038mm, which are better than the design indicators. The sensor is connected to the meter after assembly and shows good performance in the practical application.
