摘要:针对长距离和大空间等低温场所应用的过温监测与火灾报警监控,介绍了一种柔性热偶型测温电缆,包括它的结构、原理、制作、性能、特点和应用。利用热分解硝酸锰溶液法制备的热敏材料作为隔离材料,综合利用热电偶和热电阻两种效应,隔离材料具有负温度特性,在最高温度点形成临时测量端,实现普通热电偶的功能。线缆具有优越的综合性能,整支线缆可任一点感温,输出的是与线缆最高温度相对应的直流毫伏信号,输出信号可分度。线缆寿命长、性能稳定、安装维护简单等,可用于高压电缆沟、储油罐、仓储等的测温。

Design of a flexible thermocouple type temperature measuring cable

Abstract: A kind of flexible thermocouple type temperature measuring cable is introduced, which directs at over-temperature detection and fire alarm monitoring in low temperature places with long distance and large interspace, including its structure, principle, manufacture, performance, characteristics and application. Thermo-sensitive material is used as isolation material which prepared by thermal decomposition method of manganese nitrate solution. The isolation material has negative temperature characteristics, which utilizes two kinds of effect of thermocouple and thermal resistancecomprehensively. It can realize the function of ordinary thermocouples by forming a temporary measure at the highest temperature point. The cable has excellent comprehensive performance, and any point along the whole cable can sense heat. The output is DC millivolt signal which is corresponding to the highest temperature. The output signals can be divided into degrees. The cable has the advantages of long service life, stable performance, simple installation and maintenance, etc., which can be used for temperature measurement in high voltage cable conduits, storage tanks, storage, etc.
