摘要:在工业焊缝不规则气孔缺陷的无损检测过程中,由于利用X射线拍摄的数字图像对比度低、噪声大、图像灰度变化复杂,缺陷边缘信息难以提取。针对上述问题,本文首先利用自适应中值滤波消除利用X射线拍摄的数字图像无缺陷的焊缝区域和背景区域,然后利用优化的模糊增强算法对图像边缘进行增强处理,最后分离提取出缺陷区域。通过实验对比,本文采用的方法检测精度高,处理速度快,具有较好的工程应用价值。

Research on irregular defect edge extraction based on fuzzy enhancement algorithm

Abstract: In the nondestructive testing processes of irregular blowhole defects of industrial welds, the digital images taken with X-rays have the disadvantages of low contrast, large noise, complex changes of image gray, and difficult-to-extract defect edge information. Aiming at these problems, adaptive median filtering method is used to eliminate the undefective weld areas and background areas. Then optimized fuzzy enhancement algorithm is used to complete image edge enhancement processing. Finally, the defect areas are separated and extracted. The comparative experiments show that this defect separation and extraction method has high defect detection precision and fast processing speed, and has good engineering application value.
