摘要:介绍了图像传感器的工作原理,总结了其技术发展的几个阶段,并对未来技术发展趋势进行了展望。通过介绍传统CCD和CMOS传感器的框架结构和技术特点,归纳出其各自性能的优缺点,最后对CMOS技术的最新发展技术进行了介绍,并对未来相机的发展进行了展望。

Abstract: The working principles of image sensors are introduced, several stages of their technical developments are summarized, and an outlook of the future development trends is presented. By introducing the frame structures and technical characteristics of traditional CCD and CMOS sensors, the advantages and disadvantages of their performance are summarized. Finally, the latest technologies of CMOS sensors are introduced, and the future developments of cameras are prospected.
