摘要:时间漂移是倾角传感器产生测量误差的主要原因之一,对其进行合理的分析并研究补偿方法具有重要的意义。本文简要介绍了基于挠性加速度计的倾角传感器的工作原理,分析了其时间漂移产生的原因,提出了一些克服时漂的方法,实际应用表明了这些方法是切实可行的。

Abstract: Time drift is one of the main reasons for the measuring error of tilt sensor. It is of great significance to conduct a reasonable analysis and study on the compensation method. The working principle of tilt sensor based on flexible accelerometer is introduced briefly in this paper. The causes of time drift are analyzed, and some method for overcoming the time drift are proposed. The results in practical applications show that these methods are feasible.
