摘要:运用CFD软件对智能控制柜柜内开孔结构和设备排列方式进行仿真分析,得到了柜内温度场和流体轨迹,优化了柜内智能终端间距设置和开孔设置。结果表明:柜内最高温度一般处于第二个与第三个智能终端之间。经过调整智能终端间距,柜内最高温度下降5.66℃;通过优化开孔位置,柜内最高温度下降11℃。表明开孔面积与散热效果不成正比,对工程应用有重要的指导意义。

Heat Dissipation Simulation and Analysis Based on Structure Optimization of Intelligent Control Cabinets

Abstract: The opening structure and equipment arrangement of intelligent control cabinets are simulated and analyzed with CFD soft-ware in this paper. Then the temperature field and fluid trajectory in the control cabinets are obtained, and the spacing setting of intelli-gent terminals and opening setting of cabinet bodies are optimized. The results show that the highest temperature point in the cabinets is usually between the second and the third intelligent terminals. The highest temperature drops 5.66℃ by adjusting the distances between the intelligent terminals, or 11℃ by optimizing the opening position on the cabinet bodies. The results show that the opening area is not proportional to the heat dissipation effect, which has important significance for engineering application.
