摘要:介绍了一种面向电力领域直流电流测量的新型电量传感器,比较了各种直流电流测量方法的优劣及可行性。敏感头采用了特殊结构设计及智能调试的直接放大式原理,磁路采用了镍基铁芯,大大降低了电流过流后的剩磁,为提高直流测量精度,消除交流信号影响,在信号处理方面,采用无源滤波与数字滤波相结合的方式,提高了滤波能力。

Abstract: A new type electricity sensor for DC current measurement in the electrical area is introduced in this paper. The merits and feasibility of various kinds of DC current measurement method are compared. The sensitive head adopts direct amplified principle with special structure design and intelligent debug. The magnetic circuit adopts nickel-based iron core, which reduces the residual magnetism greatly after current overload. In order to improve the DC measuring precision and eliminate the influence of AC signals, the signal processing adopts combination of passive filtering and digital filtering and the ability of filtering is improved.
