摘要：通过研究差动变压器式电感传感器的结构和工作原理及其对应的差动整流滤波放大电路，深入浅出地详解了差动变压器式电感传感器是如何将位移非电量变成电压电信号的转换过程。差动变压器式电感传感器的二次绕组具有的几何尺寸和电气参数对称性结构，对外界因素的影响可以互相抵消，能有效减少测量误差，提高测量精度；二次绕组采用的差动输出方式能有效提高测量灵敏度。差动变压器式电感传感器因为具有测量精度高、灵敏度高、分辨力高、线性度好等一系列优点，所以在滚柱直径自动分选装置、压力变送器和张力检测控制系统等工业自动化检测及控制中得到广泛的应用。

Research and Application of Differential Transformer Inductive Sensor

Abstract: By studying the structure and working principle of the differential transformer inductive sensor and its corresponding differential rectification, filtering and amplification circuit, this paper explains in detail how the differential transformer inductive sensor transforms the displacement non electric quantity into the voltage electric signal conversion process. The secondary winding of the differential transformer type inductive sensor has the geometry size and the symmetry structure of electrical parameters, which can offset the influence of external factors, effectively reduce the measurement error and improve the measurement accuracy; the differential output mode adopted by the secondary winding can effectively improve the measurement sensitivity. Differential transformer inductance sensor is widely used in the automatic detection and control of roller diameter automatic separation device, pressure transmitter and tension detection control system.
