摘要:本文主要介绍了NO2对环境和人体健康的重大危害,监测环境中的NO2浓度的重要意义,近几年NO2气体金属氧化物敏感器件开发的研究现状和敏感机理,从检测NO2气体的重要性,传感器的敏感机理、传感材料、灵敏度、选择性、检测限度等方面进行了总结。研究了贵金属掺杂金属氧化物、不同形貌的敏感材料和复合纳米材料三个方面对提高敏感性能的积极意义,并结合生产生活实际需要展望了NO2金属氧化物气体传感器的研究及发展方向。

Research on the Development of NO2 Metal Oxide Sensitive Devices

Abstract: This article mainly introduces the significant harm of NO2 to the environment and human health, the importance of monitoring the concentration of NO2 in the environment, the research status and sensitive mechanism of the development of NO2 gas metal oxide sensitive devices in recent years, from the importance of detecting NO2 gas, the sensors sensitivity mechanism, sensing material, sensitivity, selectivity, detection limit and other aspects are summarized. The three aspects of noble metal doped metal oxides, sensitive materials with different morphologies and composite nanomaterials are actively studied to improve the sensitivity performance.The significance, combined with the actual needs of production and life, prospects the research and development direction of NO2 metal oxide gas sensors.
