摘要:随着氧化锆氧传感器在航空、航天、船舶等领域广泛应用,传感器的寿命及可靠性是应用过程中的一个重要问题。为了评估传感器的寿命及可靠性,本文从传感器的实际使用情况出发,研究制定其寿命试验方案,并按照试验方案进行了寿命试验。寿命试验结果表明,9只试验样品连续通电15个月后,编号为16#和19#两只样品失效,失效时间分别为1668h和9060h,其余7只样品性能正常。分别采用截尾数据处理方法和退化试验处理方法对试验数据进行了统计和分析,评估传感器可靠性,得到正常应力水平下可靠度为0.5、0.99和0.999的传感器可靠寿命估计值及平均寿命估计值。

Life Test and Reliability Assessment of Zirconia Oxygen Sensor

Abstract: With the wide application of zirconia oxygen sensor in aviation, aerospace, ship and other fields, the life and reliability of the sensor is an important issue in the application process. In order to evaluate the life and reliability of the sensor, this paper studies and formulates the life test scheme of the sensor based on the actual use of the sensor, and carries out the life test. The results of life test showed that two samples (No.16 and No.19) failed after 15 months of continuous power supply, and the failure time was 1668h and 9060h respectively, and the performance of the remaining seven samples was normal. The censored data processing method and degradation test processing method were used to analyze the test data, and the reliability of the sensor was evaluated. The estimated values of reliable life and average life of sensors with reliability of 0.5, 0.99 and 0.999 under normal stress level were obtained.
