The Precise  Measurement Technology of Machine and Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment

Abstract: This paper introduces the principle, characteristic and use of Kinematic Ball Bar System. The System can accomplish analyzing and identifying 3-D measurement error coming form machine tools and semiconductor manufacturing equipment in hours.
