摘要:针对气象观测用湿度传感器使用的高分子湿敏电容,通过在-40℃~ +40℃条件下测量其容值随湿度变化,研究湿敏电容的温度特性。测试结果表明,湿敏电容的容值随温度变化呈现负温度系数。经分析,感湿膜结构和介电常数随温度变化是湿敏电容呈现不同温度特性的主要因素,分析结果对湿敏电容结构改进和选择补偿算法具有参考价值。

Research on Temperature Characteristics of Polymer Humidity Sensitive Capacitor

Abstract: For the polymer humidity sensitive capacitor used in the humidity sensor for meteorological observation, the temperature characteristic of the humidity sensitive capacitor is studied by measuring its capacitance value with humidity under the temperature condition of -40℃~+40℃. The test results show that the capacitance of the humidity sensitive capacitor exhibits a negative temperature coefficient with temperature. After analysis, the humidity sensitive film structure and dielectric constant change with temperature are the main factors for the humidity sensitive capacitor to exhibit different temperature characteristics. The analysis results have reference value for the improvement of the humidity sensitive capacitor structure and the selection of compensation algorithms.
