摘要:随着高分子电容型湿度传感器的广泛应用,湿度传感器的极限工作环境是在使用过程中的重要指标。文章选取低气压低湿、高湿、高温3种极限环境应力,通过极限环境试验分析高分子湿敏电容型湿度传感器耐极限环境能力。结果表明:单应力条件下,135 ℃为其工作的高温应力极限,1×10-5 Pa为其低气压应力极限。因此,在实际应用中应避免传感器长期在135 ℃高温、1×10-5 Pa低气压条件下工作。

Study on Extress Resistance of Polymer Capacitive Humidity

Abstract: With wide use of polymer capacitive humidity sensors, the limit working environment of humidity sensors is an important index in the process of use. In the paper, the limit working environment stress of low pressure, low humidity and high temperature is selected, and the limit environment resistance ability of the humidity sensor with high polymer humidity sensitivity is analyzed by the limit ambient. The results show that the high temperature stress limit is 135 ℃ and the low pressure limit is 1×10-5 Pa under single condition. Therefore, in practical application should avoid long-term sensor at 135 ℃ high temperature, 1×10-5 Pa low air pressure conditions.
